Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Disney is 12 miles away, Universal is 20 miles away, and SeaWorld is 17 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
