January 20, 2025Allegro is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing floorplans available. They’re bigger than they appear, which makes it feel more like a home with a great location. There are some maintenance complications, but they are always on top of it trying to fix it and the leasing office is very quick on trying to come up with a solution. Been through tough times like COVID, the severe, history-making freeze, bad actors who take their anger and frustration out on damaging our common areas, and most recently the electricity outage. December 31, 2024If you are moving from out of town, let me save you some time, don't. Moving is already stressful, you don't need to add to your stress by dealing with the office. They won't respond to email or calls in a timely manner, they don't follow up on your questions, they often leave you more confused than when you start talking to them. I applied and put deposit down, weeks before move in, but I didn't get a final lease until hours before I moved in. December 31, 2024Lived here since September of 2017 and my overall experience has been very good. Nice area, overall quiet, good apartments. Very responsive management and maintenance teams. Reasonable prices compared to rest of the apartments with the same amenities in the area. Great pool. The gym is not perfect, but I am a pro and train in real gyms anyways. Only downside is lack of surveillance cameras. It is a safe neighborhood and I have had no real issues, but I have had a stolen package and of course ...could not find who did it since there was no cameras on my floor. The environment is so nice-fabulous pool floor! Gym complete and convenient as well as common area spacious for entertaining and kept in mint condition.
