The heated pool fee is $100 per night, and the pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please note that the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay, and a 3-day notice before arrival is required if you'd like the pool heated. Parking is available in the driveway for cars, but street parking is not allowed. Located in a quiet Bradenton neighborhood, Casa Coloré is just minutes from beautiful beaches, parks, museums, and local dining. Nearby attractions include Anna Maria Island Beach, Bradenton Beach, Siesta Key, IMG Academy, Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch, Robinson Preserve, and De Soto National Memorial. The area offers a variety of dining options, from elegant riverside dining at Pier 22 to cozy Italian at Tiramisu Ristorante Italiano. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed, and an exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported before check-out.
