The heated pool fee is $100/night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Located in a quiet Bradenton neighborhood, this home is just minutes from beautiful beaches, parks, museums, and local dining. Nearby attractions include Anna Maria Island Beach (6 miles), Bradenton Beach (7 miles), Siesta Key (20 miles), IMG Academy (6 miles), Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch (20 miles), Robinson Preserve (1 mile), and De Soto National Memorial (less than 1 mile).
