The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the sixth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests. The pool is not heated and does not have a pool light or jets. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, with a USD 750 fine for violations. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for safety purposes. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out is at 10 a.m. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden. House-trained pets are allowed with prior authorization and a fee.
