Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
