The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware and servingware. Enjoy high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows and linens for comfortable sleeping, an on-site washer and dryer, a mini-split for cooling on the main floor during the summer heat, a fireplace for cozy during the cold season, a smart TV, internet for streaming, a front porch and a covered backyard deck for year-round outdoor relaxation. The loft area has a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $35/pet/night pet fee. Located in Ashford, this cabin is accessed by fully maintained roads all year round. There is no public transit nearby and is only accessible by car. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter. Tire chains are available for rent at local stores during winter. This is a pet friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, and there is no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy.
