Beach gear rentals are available. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount for this property is $50 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Car passes are $20 per car. Located in the third row, this home is nestled in a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Plus, it is only an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. No smoking is allowed on the premises. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
