Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The pool is not heated, but it is generally warm enough to swim in from June to September. The garage is not available to guests. Located just 20 minutes from the Arizona Cardinals stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District, this home is close to many golf courses and MLB Spring Training venues. No pets are allowed. No parties or events are allowed at this property, and any gatherings will result in a minimum fine of $2,000 and immediate check-out with no refund. The home is equipped with a Minut device to monitor noise levels. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There are two cameras on the property (front door and driveway) for monitoring cleaners. A guest verification process is required, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during the stay if reported before check-out. The house includes a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom, complete with a desk and a full-size mirror.
