There is easy highway access to I-65 and I-20. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit, in common areas, or within 25 feet of entrances or windows. If smoking occurs, a $200 base remediation fee will be charged. If additional cleaning, deodorization, linen replacement, HVAC treatment, or other remediation is required, the guest is responsible for the full cost.
