There are also board games and cards available. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, fire pit, private heated pool, putting green, outdoor movie theatre, playset, and backyard games like giant Connect 4, cornhole, and volleyball. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. The heated pool fee is $100 per night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature and requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Located in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood in Largo, this home offers a blend of suburban comfort and Florida fun. Enjoy quiet streets, well-kept homes, and a laid-back atmosphere. Some of Florida’s most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are just a short drive away, including Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. The Florida Botanical Gardens are approximately 4–6 miles away, and Cafe Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine is approximately 3–4 miles away. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
