This is a second-story condo with stairway access only. This apartment features a kitchen area with an open concept to the living room, full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For tiny travelers, there is an easy-to-use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the back patio. Enjoy the spacious courtyard around the community pool (heated seasonally) and multiple charcoal grilling areas. There is also a large gated pool area offering life-sized Connect 4 and cornhole. EV charging is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. One designated parking space is available, marked "9F." Perfectly situated in Miramar Beach, you’ll be surrounded by great dining and shopping. Stroll to Bad Ass Coffee for your morning pick-me-up, or walk less than a mile to catch the sunset at Pompano Joe’s Seafood House, one of Destin’s most beloved beachfront restaurants. Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just a short drive away when you’re ready for some retail therapy. Beaching it is a breeze with gated access right across the street, just a short walk away. This property is available for vacation rental only. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our complex. Parking is restricted to the one parking space in front of the unit, so please plan your vehicle arrangements prior to arrival. Towing fees apply to any violation of this. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST and check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees and doors should not be left open. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with temp found under 70 degrees/doors left open, guest is deemed responsible for repairs. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed at the condo. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. [SI]
