The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are equally inviting, offering high-end bedding and tasteful décor. The five bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. You can also fire up the gas grill for a BBQ feast or relax on the screened porch with a good book. This home includes a crib and high chair, and offers amenities such as a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen television, well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stove, expansive deck, ground-level party area with a full gas grill, cable TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This home has a Social Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6, and the DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property. DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to guests. Natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. Summer check-in day is Friday. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees who provide higher quality, greater security, and personal accountability.
