A thoughtful starter pack containing essential supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap is provided for your comfort. A parking spot is available for you in the Whitaker St. Garage around the corner from the condo, accessible with our parking pass for one vehicle during your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. For an elegant steakhouse experience, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is right next door. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and guests are asked to refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, with a maximum of 4 guests allowed, including children. No visitors are allowed. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. We provide a starter pack of essentials, and if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
