Guests can enjoy shared exterior amenities including a hot tub, dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, covered pavilion with seating, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole & horseshoes, and a community washer and dryer. An EV charging station is available around the corner. Ample parking for cars, boats, or trailers is provided, with your main spot right in front of your unit. Nestled in the heart of Kanab's small-town charm, you're just a short walk from local cafes, shops, and restaurants. This community is ideally situated for day trips to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante (15 miles), Peek-a-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles). Other nearby adventures include The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness. This is a historic property with thin walls, so you may occasionally hear other guests outside or through the shared wall. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.
