Enjoy the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi internet, perfect for streaming services and multiple device connections. The living room features a large flatscreen smart TV for your entertainment, with major streaming services available for you to log into your personal accounts. Guests have full access to the home, yard, and all amenities, including a private heated pool. Furry friends are welcome too, with a 50lb weight limit per pet. An additional fee of $30 will be added if pets are found on beds or sofas, and a $50 fee will be applied for failure to clean up pet waste. Failure to report a pet prior to arrival will result in an additional $100 fee. Only three vehicles are permitted to park at the home in the private driveway. Nestled in a quiet historic neighborhood, this home is surrounded by charming homes dating back more than 150 years. The beautiful oak canopy-lined streets create the perfect backdrop for leisurely walks while taking in the character and history of St. Augustine. You’ll also be conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the peaceful nature of the community. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property; a $500 cleaning fee will be applied for any smoking. No eating or drinking is allowed in the bedrooms, with closed water bottles as an exception. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply. Please wash all dishes, and if the dishwasher was used, please run it prior to departure. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. No candles or other open flame items are allowed in the house. All minors must remain under adult supervision within the pool area, fire pit, and grilling area. Please remove all trash from the home and place it in outside garbage bins prior to checking out. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and a $500 fee will be assessed. No illegal activity or guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. All pets must be house broken and well-mannered. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. Pets are not to be bathed in the bathroom tubs or sinks. The backyard is fenced in; all pets must remain on leash when outside of the front of the home. Please note, failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional fee of $50. By reserving this home, you are agreeing to all listed house rules.
