There is a unit above this unit, so you will hear guests overhead. As this is an older building, the walls are thinner, and occasional noise from other guests outside is possible. If you’re a light sleeper, it is recommended to bring earplugs. If guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises, a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation. If the property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise, consisting of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
