Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and near boutiques and souvenir shops. It's just a short drive to the Sky Wheel and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets allowed, with any violation incurring a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Upgraded internet with 200mbs/20mbs speed is perfect for working from the beach. A laptop computer is not included.
