Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip Myrtle Beach and blocks away from the Boardwalk. You'll find yourself near boutiques and souvenir shops, and just a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, or the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Piggly Wiggly is also nearby for your convenience. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets allowed, with any violation incurring a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
