Parking for 2 cars is available, with parking lots located on Withers Street parallel to Ocean Blvd. and one street over from the resort. Nestled in the heart of Myrtle Beach, this condo provides easy access to the area's finest dining, shopping, and entertainment options, promising an endless array of activities right at your doorstep. Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, it is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and near boutiques and souvenir shops. A short drive will take you to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, or the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. For same day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs makes it perfect for work from the beach. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. There is one sofa bed and one queen-size murphy bed in the living room.
