Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, this condo is steps away from all major attractions, restaurants, and must-see places. You’ll be just a few blocks from the new Beach Boardwalk, the Market Commons, the Sky Wheel, and the pier. This condo features a private balcony with waterfront views and a fully furnished kitchen with major appliances and cookware. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, TV, and other in-unit entertainment options. The family-friendly resort offers a tranquil oceanfront pool, a 150 ft. long Lazy River, an outdoor hot tub spa, a kiddie pool, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. The unit can have two parking permits. Parking lots are located on Withers Street parallel to Ocean Blvd and one street over from the resort. Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and near boutiques and souvenir shops. It's a short drive to the Sky Wheel and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets allowed; any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
