The layout flows naturally to the large private balcony, creating an ideal indoor–outdoor connection. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with seating. Both generously sized bedrooms offer natural light and balcony access, with the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and the second bedroom a queen bed. Ample storage is available throughout, including large closets. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. Access to the building's hot tub and pool, gym, and on-site dining are included. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase. Parking is available for $200 per stay for one vehicle, with each additional vehicle costing $200 per month, subject to availability. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21.
