Tucked on a quiet street in this historic neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of city convenience and peaceful privacy. Walk to Seattle’s best cafes, shops and landmarks. It is a 5–8 minute walk to Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Seattle Children’s Museum, Space Needle, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Kerry Park. Pike Place Market, Amazon Spheres, Downtown Seattle, Seattle Waterfront and Capitol Hill are an 8–10 minute drive away. The Cruise Terminal and King Street Station are a 5 - 10 minute drive away, and SeaTac airport is a 22 - 25 minute drive away. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes allowed in the home. A $500 fine per violation will be imposed. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee and additional tenant screening to fully confirm your reservation. This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
