Indoor dining is available for 6, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy access to community amenities including a clubhouse pool and hot tub, fitness center, and tennis court. Additional features include a kids’ splash area and playground, and lounge areas. A highchair is available for a $40 one-time fee, and a crib can be provided for a $39 one-time fee. Pool heating is available for $35/night with a 2-night minimum and 24-hour notice. A propane tank for BBQs is available for a one-time USD 69 charge with 24 hours' notice. Mid-stay cleaning is available for stays over 3 nights for an additional fee and must be booked in advance. Located in Serenity at Silver Creek, this home is approximately 8 miles from Walt Disney World®, 15 miles from Universal Studios Florida™, and 12 miles from SeaWorld® Orlando & Aquatica®. Shopping outlets and major stores are about 10 miles away, with grocery stores, dining, and local conveniences within 3–5 miles. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 25 miles away. The community offers easy access to Central Florida's top attractions and is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited on the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property; any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. The property does not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. All guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival for a smooth and secure check-in experience.
