One of the bedrooms containing a twin bed can only be accessed through the bedroom with the king bed, offering privacy with its own door. Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee, and you must notify us if you plan to bring a pet. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
