The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking and chef meals and includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Also enjoy memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Parking is available in the parking lot, limited to 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller. Any additional vehicles will be towed at your expense. A $15 per night fee applies for 1 pet (capped at $195), or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). A one-time surcharge of $49 applies for 1 large pet (over 35 lbs), or $95 for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee: $59 for 1 hour, or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Centrally located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this apartment is approximately 8 minutes from Duke University, 6 minutes from Durham Performing Arts Center, and 6 minutes from American Tobacco Campus. A full local guide with dining, coffee, shopping, and nightlife recommendations is provided in the Guest Portal after booking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21 years old or older. Guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time fee. All guests 18 and older must provide identification prior to check-in. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Guests will check in independently using a smart lock or lockbox.
