The area is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines running through, and you can easily get around by bike or car. Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the reservation. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy, and turn off the sauna upon exiting to avoid a $500 fee if left on. HVAC rules include not setting the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting by no more than 2 degrees per hour. Keep windows and doors closed to manage Texas's bug inhabitants, and use the bug spray provided if needed. Landscaping occurs every other Friday, but the team will be mindful not to disturb you.
