East Austin is also home to many popular attractions, including Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, The Blanton Museum of Art and The Paramount Theatre. East Austin is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines running through the area. You can also easily get around by bike or car. This home is located minutes away from downtown Austin and Rainy Street and 1 mile from the Moody Center and University of Texas. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. The minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the reservation. There are animals raised by locals near the property. Should they cause any noise disturbance, please notify us promptly. In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. No glass, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in the sauna ($500 fee). No food or beverages other than water are allowed ($500 fee). Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on). Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
