No pets are permitted, and indoor smoking incurs a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. A $150 charge applies for late check-out without prior notice.
