Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. If using a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited, with a penalty of $5000 for each instance. Keep noise to a minimum outside, as decibel readers track noise levels (without recording conversations), and a $500 fine applies for excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. Strictly no pets are permitted, and no indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If house rules or those of the OTA community are violated, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for unused nights.
