Furry friends are welcome with an additional cleaning fee per pet: short stays (1-5 nights) $75 total, medium stays (6-28 nights) $200 total, and long stays (29+ nights) $300 total. Cats are also welcome, and a small additional cleaning fee applies. This centrally located apartment is a short drive from many attractions. Deep Ellum is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk. Fair Park is a 5-minute drive. Downtown Dallas, Klyde Warren Park, and Reunion Tower are all within a 10-minute drive. The American Airlines Center, Globe Life Field, Dallas Museum of Art, and Nasher Sculpture Center are also nearby. White Rock Lake, Trinity Groves, and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge are a 20-minute and 10-minute drive away, respectively. UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas College, and Southern Methodist University are also easily accessible. Smoking indoors is prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. Parties and social gatherings are not allowed, and any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. If guests fail to check out by 10 am, a $50 per hour penalty is applied. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability, and a 48 hours notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. All additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged. If the cleaning closet lock is damaged, there will be a $50 replacement fee. [SI]
