Enjoy tiled and hardwood floors throughout, custom-made furniture with modern design elements, and an accent brick fireplace in both the living room and bedroom. The spacious living room offers multiple sitting areas and sleeping options, while the gourmet kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and stools, and a wet bar with all essentials. The modern bathrooms are equipped with all necessities, and the spacious master suite includes a private bathroom, resting area, TV, and fireplace. Only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. This condo puts you within a short ride away from French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous St. Charles St is only half a block from the condo with easy access to public transportation, including a fun ride on the St. Charles Streetcar. If you feel like taking a stroll down the street for a bite to eat or a sit-down dinner, there are plenty of options within walking distance. From high-end dining options to “holes-in-the-wall” gems known only to locals, everything is at your disposal. Among crowd favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern, and more. Nearby attractions include the National World War II Museum, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Mardi Gras World, Port of New Orleans, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Canal Street, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, French Market, and the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. We may use video surveillance in public areas. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
