The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the modern bathrooms come with all necessities. Plenty of windows allow natural light to fill the space, and the condo boasts tiled and hardwood floors throughout. Only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. This condo puts you within a short ride away from the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous St. Charles St is only half a block from the condo, offering easy access to public transportation, including a fun ride on the St. Charles Streetcar. If you feel like taking a stroll down the street for a bite to eat or a sit-down dinner, there are plenty of options within walking distance. From high-end dining options to “holes-in-the-wall” gems known only to locals, you have a wide array of choices. Among the crowd favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, and Balise Tavern. Local attractions include the National World War II Museum, Mardi Gras World, Port of New Orleans, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Canal Street, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, French Market, and the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction, with violators being charged a $500 fine.
