Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night.
