This beautifully appointed home offers a perfect blend of comfort and fun, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups. Two spacious living areas for movie nights and relaxation, each bedroom equipped with Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with essential tools and appliances, a dining area that comfortably seats eight, fresh sheets, towels, and complimentary toiletries provided, washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi for connectivity, and a private screened pool with a covered lanai. Our pool heat fee is $45 per day, and a minimum of 2 days' notice is needed to request pool heat before your arrival. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per stay per pet, with weight restrictions applying. The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Nestled within the vibrant Solara Resort, this 4-bedroom home offers a fantastic base for your family vacation. This gated community in Kissimmee provides easy access to Orlando's major attractions, including world-renowned theme parks, shopping, and dining options. You'll find a variety of nearby attractions to explore, ensuring that your family is never far from the excitement. The community features a clubhouse and fitness center, a stunning pool area for relaxation, lush landscaping, and a welcoming atmosphere. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed, and discovery of usage of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
