It features two spacious living areas for movie nights and relaxation, each bedroom equipped with Smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential tools and appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight, and fresh sheets, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi for connectivity, and a private screened pool with a covered lanai. The pool heat fee is $45 per day, and it is recommended to request pool heat before your arrival with a minimum of 2 days' notice. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per stay per pet, with weight restrictions applying. Our grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited, and discovery of usage may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
