It's ideal for boating, kayaking, and water fun. Enjoy resort amenities including a dedicated beach access through a private beach walkover, and a beach shower with both body and foot showers. The pool area boasts a beautiful, large main pool and a hot tub. Tennis courts, refinished in 2015, feature lighted courts controlled by guests, and a shuffleboard court is located next to them. Two grilling areas are available for your convenience, along with two docks favored by fishermen and crabbers. Parking is limited to 2 cars maximum, and parking passes can be purchased on-site for $30 each, with working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. Set between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, this apartment offers the best of both worlds with easy beach access on one side and calm lagoon waters on the other. It's conveniently located for enjoying the best of Gulf Shores, providing a quiet, scenic, and coastal charm. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For stays between March 1st and May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters exceeding this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not permitted in the unit/house or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict 'No Pets' policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and a copy of a State Identification Card or Driver's License will be requested upon booking.
