Convenience is at your fingertips, with a Publix and Food City just a stone's throw away from the property, ensuring that you have easy access to any necessities throughout your stay. Firewood is not provided; guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores. Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April. Due to the location, cell service is limited at this home. Bears in the area, stay cautious and be alert. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Traveler must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the cabin, as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens.
