You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Private parking spaces are available directly next to the property. Enter through the rear entrance and ascend to the third floor of this 3-story home. Your private studio is easily accessed via a keybox located next to the door. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt submission.
