Enjoy a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a pull-out couch in the living area for additional sleeping arrangements. Relax and unwind with a 50-inch Smart TV equipped with streaming apps. Prepare meals in a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a coffee station. Refresh in your private bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh linens, and toiletries. Control your comfort with a dedicated heating and cooling system for the unit. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs. No parties or large gatherings. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
