Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this villa is a short drive from Orlando's most beloved attractions, including Disney World (20-25 minutes away), SeaWorld (about 30 minutes), and Universal Studios (around 35 minutes). The community offers first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and a clubhouse. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Florida summers can be hot, so please keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the AC unit from freezing, or you may incur a fine of up to $500. Grills are propane grills, and propane is usually provided by guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. This is a self-catering home.
