This condo features a private covered balcony with panoramic views and a reserved, covered parking spot. Shared amenities include an outdoor hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, a guest lounge, and coin laundry. Please note that shared amenities are managed by the HOA and may have seasonal availability. The Ridgecrest condos are located right above Ski Time Square and Gondola Square.
