Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. With quartz countertops, a center kitchen island, and top-of-the-line appliances, this space is sure to delight any home chef! Free parking is available to guests. There is plenty of space on the driveway as well as in the two-car garage. A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate for 6+ guests applies, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Spring! Located 24 miles north of Houston, we’re known for our vibrant outdoors, rich history, and safe community! We offer the perfect blend of peaceful countryside living without compromising on city amenities! Here are a few highlights to check out while you’re here: Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown, a population water amusement park with slides, a lazy river, a three-story interactive Tree House, and additional attractions such as our Wahoo Wave, Vortex, and RipQurl [20 min drive], Wild Stallion Vineyards, a local winery boasting 14-acres of Blanc du Bois grapevines as well as an events center[15 min drive], Plenty of nearby parks such as Pundt Park, Meyer Park, Spring Creek Greenway, and more! For those interested in exploring Dallas-Fort Worth, here are some noteworthy attractions: National Museum of Funeral History, home to educational exhibits, memorabilia & artifacts on funerals including items from famous people [24 mins], Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, aiming to provide direct, first-hand access to original works of art and other culturally, historically and aesthetically significant objects [30 mins] Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, making it a remote work-friendly environment.
