Guests will have full private access to the entire second-floor apartment. The backyard and screened porch are for your exclusive use. Parking is off-street behind the house, accessed from the post office parking lot next door. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and we expect all guests to respect these hours and our neighbors' peace. The minimum booking age is 25. Guests are required to fill out and sign the property rental agreement, which includes the house rules. The access code will be sent only after the rental agreement is completed.
