A roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, 2 laundry pods, and 2 dish pods are also provided. Grills and a smoker are available for all residents and guests to utilize. You can rent super light and durable backpack-style beach chairs through a link after booking. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony Deerfield, this apartment is ideally located, quiet, and comfortable, and is only 1.5 miles from the Surfside beaches and nearby local attractions. It is also just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted by renters. Occupancy may not exceed 6, including infants and children. Please treat the apartment and the grounds with the same respect as you would your own. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Guests must be 25 or older to book. [SI]
