It features two bedrooms, an alcove sleeping area, a living room, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an entertaining patio with views of the PGA Learning Center and Golf Course. Enjoy a large 75-inch smart TV with Netflix for your favorite shows. The villa's fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, over-the-counter convectional microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, iron, ironing board, ice bucket, wine glasses, and a bar top with four chairs. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a table, and a 70-inch plasma TV with cable TV. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi hot tub and shower, and the other with a standing shower, both featuring high thread count bed and bath linens. The entertaining patios offer seating for up to six people, with one overlooking the golf course and the other capturing the morning sun. Enjoy free parking right outside your door, 24-hour security, and high-speed wireless internet. Additional amenities include a computer workstation with a laptop, games and video consoles like Wii, PlayStation, and Xbox, a Nespresso cappuccino latte maker, and a Sodastream for making your own sparkling water or soda. Phone calls worldwide are available with our VoIP account, and you can enjoy internet entertainment with 24/7 free movies on our Netflix account. A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and hangers are also provided. Discount golf and golf rentals are available for guests. Located within the PGA Village Resort, this villa offers ultimate golf experiences with three signature golf courses right outside your doorstep: the Dye Course designed by Pete Dye, and the Wannamaker and Ryder Courses, both designed by Tom Fazio. The PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance and the History of Golf Museum are also nearby, making it a golfer's dream destination. The rate fluctuates based on the number of guests staying and visiting, so inquire for a customized rate quote if you plan on adding more people to your group. No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, or local visitors are allowed without prior approval before making a reservation. Guests need to inquire before making the reservation, and we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip. For extended or far-out stays, please inquire before making an instant booking. We do not have standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the house and community home rules.
