The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, washcloths, a wash basin, a mirror, and a toilet. There is no parking included. However, there is parking throughout the neighborhood (meter, free street parking, etc.). Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with a fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for the first 2 hours. Perfect for business or leisure travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a prime Milwaukee location. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
