Organic coffee, coffee creamer, and a selection of teas are provided for your enjoyment. A small bistro set is available for meals or work. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $35 fee per pet per stay. Please inquire about the pet policy to ensure a happy stay for all. Nestled on a 5-acre wooded lot, this home offers a magnificent getaway while being close to town. It's 10 minutes to The Barn and 15 minutes to the Carriage House for weddings, 15 minutes to the Ballroom at Saxapahaw, and 15 minutes to downtown Carrboro. Music venues like Cat's Cradle are 20 minutes away, and UNC Chapel Hill and its hospitals are also 20 minutes away. RDU Airport is a 40-minute drive. This small space is best suited for short stays and guests comfortable with small spaces. There is no living room, full kitchen, or large dining space. Not suitable for those who have trouble with steps, as there are two steps up/down from the bedroom. The property has an outdoorsy feel, with potential sightings of squirrels, birds, and other wildlife. Bugs may be present during summertime. The home is chemical and fragrance-free for easier breathing and better sleep. Smoking is allowed only outside. Unauthorized pets will be charged $200, so please ensure you've informed us about bringing your pet(s). Fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV loaded with apps are available for those who want to stay connected during their retreat. A small bistro set provides a space for writing or working on your computer.
