It's a short downhill walk of approximately 150 meters to the corner of Apres Ski Way and Village Drive, placing you near numerous shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. An additional 200-meter walk, with a gentle incline, leads to the Gondolas, Ski School, ticket office, and more dining and entertainment options. Ski-in access is also available via the 'Stampede' trail. The base area, with its events and attractions, is easily accessible, making this condo a prime location in the heart of the mountain village. In warmer months, hiking and biking trails in the national forest are accessible directly from your door. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the no-smoking policy can lead to immediate termination of the rental, eviction without refund, and retention of any security deposit, plus charges or liability for damages. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Mid-stay cleaning may be required for lengthy stays of more than one week, with a fee equal to the final cleaning fee potentially applying for each subsequent week.
