You're welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and we kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late check-out fee. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
