Smoking is not allowed, and any violation will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Events and parties are not allowed. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), broken glass/food in hot tub ($250), and dishes ($50). Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee (domestic shipping only).
