The property also has a resort-wide tram and watersports equipment for rent. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. An additional daily amenity fee will be charged upon check-in at the Front-Desk: January 1 to March 12: $10 + tax, March 13 to May 20: $15 + tax, May 21 to August 9: $20 +tax, and August 10 to December 31: $10 + tax. Located on the doorsteps of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, this condo is near dining and shopping at the Portofino Boardwalk and Adventure Cove Waterpark (Soundside). Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
