There's even a counter with two bar stools for casual dining, as well as a pantry for convenient storage. The dining area presents a spacious table and eight chairs, providing a perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. For relaxation and entertainment, the villa features a wet bar in the hallway equipped with an ice maker, allowing you to enjoy refreshing drinks throughout your stay. The villa also offers the convenience of a garage and a water hose located by the garage for your use. Guests have the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. We can also arrange for grocery delivery and set you up with a qualified babysitter. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach.
