Enjoy three living areas, including a main living room with a fireplace, and two additional family rooms with wet bars. Entertainment is abundant with a game room featuring a ping-pong table, basketball machine, foosball table, and arcade machine, as well as a cinema room with theater seating and a large Smart TV. For wellness, a private workout room with an infrared sauna and a home gym are available. The outdoor space includes a luxurious hot tub, a custom fire pit with seating, an al fresco dining table, and a covered BBQ deck with a smoker and gas grill. Ample parking is available on-site.
